🦩 How long does it take to receive my deodorant?
We take about 2 to 3 working days to prepare your order once it is placed. 
Domestic delivery in Singapore takes 1 to 3 working days. 
International delivery may take up to 10 to 20 working days depending on destination. 

🦩 Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! We ship for free for any order above US$40. 

🦩 What happens if I don’t receive my order?
In rare cases, our delivery may be delayed due to holiday period. If you still have not received your order after the stipulated delivery time, please send us an email to hola@jomingo.com

For local shipping, each order comes with a tracking number. 
For international delivery, we use our local mail service. Please contact us at hola@jomingo.com if you did not receive your item. 

🦩 Do you provide free delivery service within Singapore?
Yes. We provide free tracked delivery for orders above SGD44. For orders below SG$44, there is a SG$3.80 shipping fee and it is also a tracked delivery. If you wish to arrange for other delivery options, please send us an email at hola@jomingo.com or reach us on chat!
